Hello! I’m Michael North.

I have always been drawn to helping people grow — whether that meant guiding a customer through a complex issue, mentoring a new engineer into leadership, or designing systems that made entire teams more confident and capable. Over the past two decades, that focus on empowerment has shaped my career in customer success and technical support leadership.

I have helped SaaS teams navigate acquisitions, high stakes escalations, and periods of rapid growth. Along the way, I built knowledge systems that cut onboarding times, introduced automation that freed teams to focus on meaningful work, and developed workflows that preserved revenue while giving executives clearer visibility into customer health. Just as important, I coached engineers and CSMs into leaders who went on to mentor others themselves. For me, those people-first wins matter just as much as the metrics.

Outside of the office, I bring this same philosophy into health and fitness as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I believe professional success and personal health are inseparable. The strongest leaders are the ones who take care of themselves, modeling resilience and focus for the teams they lead.

Today, my passion lies in helping people and organizations step into a stronger version of themselves — by creating clarity, building sustainable systems, and leading with both structure and empathy.
