Leadership in Escalations
When enterprise customers faced business critical challenges, I stepped in as the escalation lead, bridging the gap between executives, engineers, and customer success managers. By introducing structured escalation workflows and clear lines of communication, I was able to reduce escalation timelines by nearly a third and preserve millions in annual recurring revenue. These experiences taught me that trust is earned not just by solving the issue at hand, but by guiding customers through the process with clarity and confidence.

Systems and Documentation
I believe documentation is one of the purest forms of leadership. At Salesfusion, I built extensive knowledge bases and decision tree workflows that enabled me to onboard large groups of new hires quickly and effectively, cutting ramp time by nearly half and giving them confidence from day one.
When Salesfusion was acquired by SugarCRM, I brought those systems with me. While the scale of onboarding was smaller, the same frameworks allowed me to onboard new engineers smoothly and maintain consistency across a global support organization.

These efforts eliminated countless manual tasks and allowed teams to spend more time on problem solving, strategy, and customer engagement.
